I was so excited when Cole brought home the March snack calendar for his class. He was listed to bring snack on St. Patrick's Day! I knew not any old green snack would do we had to be creative. So after some googling Cole and I settled on making these Rainbow Cupcakes. They were really fun to make. Its simply white cake mix prepared by the box and then divide the batter in to 6 bowls and use food coloring to change each bowl into a different color. Layer the batter in the pan color by color. I used white paper cups so you could see the colors through the paper. These were a bit hit in class.

They Are Magicaly Delicious
